The Mega Bank had 3 properties in Toronto (2 office/commercial buildings, and one long term stay apartment) in which the previous owners had defaulted on their mortgage payments and which John Morrison was given the task of selling under Power of Sale. Each building had been listed for sale by a number of other Real Estate Brokers over a period of a number of years. Nevertheless, Mr. Morrison was successful in selling all three buildings at excellent prices, within a reasonable marketing period. John was diligent in marketing the buildings and fully co-operating with both prospective Buyers and the Brokerage community.
